Garden Stirling Burnet is a well established name in the Scottish legal market with the largest office network in East Lothian and, more recently, have opened an office in Edinburgh.    

We specialise in estate agency, residential and commercial conveyancing and private client services. Our focus is onservice delivery with fair pricing. We invest heavily in our people, IT and case management systems.

We have a busy Private Client practice which has experienced substantial growth in East Lothian and Edinburgh.      

Role:  

In response to a strong pipeline of new work and to assist our growth plans, we have an exciting vacancy for a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join the existing Private Client team.    

You will support a busy department in all aspects of Private Client work, and in particular, with drafting Wills and Power of Attorneys and in Executry Estate Administration but may also be involved in some Guardianship and Trust work. Client service is paramount.    

You will manage your own files and client relationships with Paralegal and Secretarial support. You will also be given the opportunity to assist on and be supported with more complex cases.
